| Rank | Description | Requirements |
| Guild Master | The founder of the guild. Has no IC role, exists only because the game mechanics doesn't allow the four masters to have founder permissions. | Fixed position |
| Dark Council | Serves as advisors to masters, moffs and other members of the guild | Election by existing council members or masters |
| Guild ranks (Force users) | ||
| Rank | Description | Requirements |
| Dark Master | Four masters who have the power of expelling people and to decide matters that cannot be solved by the council | Election by existing masters |
| Darth | Indication of achievement | Automatic rank for level 50+ Force users |
| Dark Lord | A Force user who is no longer in need of a master | |
| Dark Apprentice | A Force user in training | |
