Lieutenant Arrixus of the Star Lifters Strike Squadron

Early Life:

Arrixus was born on Carida into a military family with both his Mother and Father the first ever members of the Star Lifters Strike Squadron, an elite collective of troopers assigned behind enemy lines missions from recon in deep territory to taking out priority targets.

Arrixus signed up for trooper training as soon as he was of age, all he wanted to do his whole life was follow in his parents footsteps and become a member of the Star Lifters, but in order to do that he had to impress the best of the best.

Training:

With his parents as well known in the military world as they were, Arrixus was immediately accepted into the Academy of Carida, one of the most renown training academies in the galaxy.

Arrixus soon fell for one of his fellow trainees Shadaia and together they were an unstoppable pair on the battlefield so when they were placed in the same squad for team training they knew it was going to be an easy ride and their team excelled to graduate as the 1st class squadron of the Academy of Carida with Arrixus at it's helm

Early career:

Arrixus's squadron continued to excel on the battlefield until they were called upon to assist the greatest squadron of them all, the Star Lifters Strike Squadron. The mission was unlike any the yound squad had faced before, their mission was to find and destroy the sith lord and member of the dark council, Darth Praenuntius on the jungle planet Kashyyyk.

It took the combined squad 3 weeks to find the dark lord but when they did his guard was down, and he was alone. The squad took the opportunity and with a strong formation they struck out at the sith, with Arrixus using his shield generators capabilities to defend his squad, the same role his Father used to defend his.

If the dark lord was surprised by the attack, his reaction and calm appearance disguised it well. The squads opened fire on the sith at the order of Arrixus's Father and the start of a long bloody battle ensued.

Darth Praenuntius seemed to repel every blaster fire that was directed at him. He didn't even seem to notice them, he was just staring at Arrixus, as if he was analysing him. Then with a sinister grin the dark lord struck, so fast that the troopers could barely see him, and Arrixus realised. This was a suicide mission.

The sith went from one trooper to the other, slicing and burning each and every one, screams of Arrixus's fallen comrades shook through the jungles. Then the dark lord descended upon Arrixus's parents and with two swift movement his sabrestaff cut them down, as their blood littered the battlefield the sith looked upon Arrixus and unleashed a manic laugh, a laugh that showed he knew who they were to him and he reveled in Arrixus's pain.

Consumed with anger, Arrixus charged at the sith with his commando knife drawn, he managed to dodge the swing of the siths sabrestaff and his knife hit home, but not well enough, the sith was able to move back enough to make sure the blow only cut his face rather than take it off. The sith wasted no time, with a uppercut from the hilt of his sabrestaff, Arrixus fell to the ground. One trooper was still standing, Shadaia. She had managed to sneak up behind the sith and unleashed a rally of blaster fire on the sith, wounding him.

However, Praenuntius is not so easily defeated, he saw the connection between Arrixus and Shadaia and decided instead of killing her, he would take her back to his flagship with him and raise her to be a tool he could use for his own gain.

The sith approached Shadaia, parrying each blaster bolt leashed upon him and cut her rifle in half, then with one fell move he maneuvered behind her and knocked her out with his sabre hilt.

Realising Arrixus was still barely conscious and watching the sith lord he walked over to him and decided to feed his sadistic apatite for violence further, Praenuntius used the tip of his sabrestaff to slowly gauge out Arrixus's left eye.

Satisfied with the sight of death arround him and with the critical state he had put Arrixus in, the dark lord picked up Shadaia and left Arrixus to his grief.

Arrixus, barely conscious, began to crawl to the designated LZ and manged to activate his ships distress beacon. He awoke several weeks later with implants in his eye, the doctor told him that in order to keep him alive, they had to genetically enhance his body using cybernetic implants. To his surprise, instead of grief or anger, Arrixus only felt a great determination, a determination to rebuild the shattered Star Lifters Strike Squadron and to find Shadaia and free her from the siths snare.
